VSL Nail Spa did not honor the discount I was suppose to receive. VSL Nail Spa is on a point system. Customers are to receive one point for every dollar spent. After $100 is spent, customers receive 100 points which provides a $5 discount on the next visit. My last visit was 03/07/22. Ticket #***. I spent $35. My receipt shows that I have earned 176 points which is the equivalent to $8.80. Based on the business policy, I was to receive a credit in the amount of $8.80 on my NEXT nail spa visit. My next nail visit was 05/23/22. Ticket #***. I spent $36. I presented my previous receipt which shows that $8.80 is to be credited on the current services; however, the manager stated that his computer system does not show my last visit of 03/03/22. He showed me his computer and it showed my last visit as 02/22/22. I explained to him that February is a date that I received services, but I also received services on 03/07/22 which is shown on my printed receipt. He told me that he has to go by what is in the system and that possibly some how the information did not transfer over correctly. He continued in saying that he just took over the shop 3 weeks ago and they have a new system, so he doesnt know what the rules were before. This shop is a scam. The owner(s) committed to their patrons that if they spend $100, they will receive $5 on their NEXT visit. They make this commitment only to lure you back to their business. You think you are accumulating points to receive the discount, but instead your visits are getting lost in the shuffle. When I presented my receipt with ALL of the information on it, the manager still would not honor it, saying that I must have gotten my services from another ************. I showed him that the receipt shows his location on it. He still refused to honor it. Scammers!
