This has ABSOLUTELY been THE WORST experience of my life when it comes to ***************** ********************** of ********************** is no longer what it use to be. I put my car in the shop on May 10, 2024 so that my vehicle would be serviced while we were on vacation and I wouldnt be stranded without a vehicle. A B9 Service Check and checking my AC because it was not cooling properly. Perfect timing so I thought.while we were away. We were gone for 15 days. A few days later after we returned, I received a call that my vehicle was ready. I dropped my husband off and he paid and proceeded home. After a few minutes of driving, my husband called me and said that the vehicle was still not cooling like it should so we both turned around and took it back to Mercedes and dropped it back off. My husband explained our concerns and left the vehicle. Days and Days passed and no here from Mercedes. I left multiple voicemails to ***********************, a service person sent him emails for me but no call or communication. I kept calling and finally talked to a female Service person expressing my frustration and FINALLY **** called back and apologized and told me that he would have the ****************** run Dye through my AC unit to see if it had a leek and would call me back before the close of the business day. That was almost a week ago and if I received a phone call from ****, then you did. I started my phone calls all over again leaving voicemails, and still have not heard a word. My vehicle will have been in the shop at Mercedes of Collierville one month in 6 more days. I feel like my vehicle has been stolen and of course I wasnt given the convenience of a loaner car. This is absolutely absurd! I will have to find a new Service Advisor or take my vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Memphis which is unfortunately not conveniently located to where I live. Do better Collierville and especially ****.

This business has really gone downhill. The people that work at this business dont take the time to make sure customers are taking care of when it comes to getting your car service they just have you waiting even when you make an appointment. I dropped my vehicle off to get a diagnosis test done and when I got off from work to pick my vehicle up they hadnt done anything to my vehicle. Now this the 2nd time I brought my vehicle to get a diagnostic test done on my car the first time they told me it would be weeks before they could do a diagnosis test and I needed to make an appointment. I made the appointment and they still said that they couldnt get to my car because they were behind. Why did *** tell me to make an appointment if it they were still not going to get to my vehicle. I need my car back I have to go to work and I cant just let my car sit on the parking lot just to wait on them to do a diagnosis test. And they dont offer courtesy car for the inconvenience of the customer anymore. The way this business operates now I will never buy another vehicle from Mercedes again. You pay all that money to get your vehicle service and they want make sure there customers are satisfied

This dealership is horrible for customer service. I have purchased 2 ********************** from them since they opened this dealership, and have serviced another Mercedes that was purchased new while living in **. This dealership now refuses to service my sons car since they say it is too old, a **** that they have serviced since they opened. In addition, they are marking up the list price on cars by 20% over msrp, due to low inventory. They do not care about loyal customers, and are giving the brand a bad reputation since they refuse to service older Mercedes cars.My advice is stay away from this dealership.

Buyer beware!! If you plan on purchasing any used vehicle from any ************************ dealer, ******************************************** Mercedes-Benz of Collierville. I purchased a used **** with 60k miles for my daughter. After a brief discussion with John C******** the Internet Sales Manager, we decided on a price and got the purchase underway. I told John I couldn't make the trip there as I was out of town for a couple weeks but wanted the car shipped to my daughter. He said that the car needed to be inspected and detailed and then he would have it shipped. He explained that the "$400 bill on the deal sheet was part of the internal service part of there used car inspection, oil change, rotate tires and nitrogen service in tires". I asked after this service if the service tech found any issues. His response was "No sir they did not. I spoke with the master technician (Matt D******) that performed the used car inspection. All is well." Three days later the car was driven down by an employee with another following. I guess this is how they ship cars. When the car arrived, my daughter and wife met the driver and mentioned the car sounded loud. The driver's response was that he asked about this before he left but was told that it was fine. After I received this info, I told my wife to take it to ******************** and have a complete inspection done since I was starting to doubt the car was really inspected. I contacted John C******** the next day via text and told him about the loud noise and we were taking it in to have it looked at. His response was "We stand behind are used car inspection on our vehicles. I am sure it is fine" The **** dealership said the alternator's bearings were going out and pointed out a transmission gasket leak as well as a leak at the oil drain plug. $3300 in repairs! I sent the video from **** with the issues along with the quote to John and his response was "I understand you feel like we should be responsible for this, but you bought the vehicle as is. We will not cover the cost of us" I then reached out and left a message with the General Manager for some guidance at this point. I then brought the car to a local private shop (I didn't want my daughter stranded on the side of the road) and had the alternator replaced at a lower cost at which time they pointed out the black oil they drained so they could replace the oil plug. It's hard to believe oil would turn black from the fresh oil change that was done before it left their dealership. After no response from the General Manager, I called back and found out he quit. I then asked for the next person in charge and was routed to ********, Sales Manager. He told me that they do a safety inspection which verifies the car runs and drives as well as brakes properly, they DO NOT inspect anything else. So, the information from the Internet Sales Manager was false. The next day ******** called and said if I get the car brought to them, I would receive my money back but they wouldn't cover any repairs or expenses. So basically, it would cost me $1000.00 plus driving the car 300+ miles with someone following me so I can return home. At this point I was given the pleasure of exchanging emails with Joshua B****, Vice President of Retail Operations ************************. He basically had no empathy and told me I should have purchased their extended warranty.
Still to this day, I have not asked for any compensation, However, I would expect a reputable company would offer some kind of assistance and own up to their false information. I have since brought the car back to **** and had the transmission gasket replaced. I would expect this kind of customer service from a small no name dealership, but ***********************??? Is this what customer service has come to?
I work for a high-end custom home builder and own a small electrical contracting company, in my 20+ years of doing business, I can't image trying to treat any of my clients this way. Especially over a $12k car. My reputation means more than trying to make a few dollars. Bottom line, if you do plan on purchasing a used vehicle from these dealerships, I would STRONGELY recommend taking the vehicle to a real mechanic and have it inspected by someone that knows what they are doing. Don't trust the big name on the front of the building.

Bought a 2014 ram 1500 from them. 2 weeks later rack and pinion went out. Reached out to them they said they would help and I have not heard another word from them. I waited for 2 hours to pay for truck with cashiers ck in hand. While no one even asked if they could help. When Larry finally said something we were about to leave. After leaving got a call that they forgot to have additional papers signed. Told him to email and docusign. I guess since I was not buying a Mercedes-Benz I did not matter. Customer service at its worst.
