The problem was with the Documart branch in Oxford,MS. They printed the wrong size of a pad of coupons I had ordered for my business. When I told them I couldn't use them, I worked it out with Diane to reprint them to the correct size at half price. I really feel I shouldn't have had to pay anything since they did it wrong, but we made a deal. Then when they did reprint them (2 weeks late), she gave me a whopping discount of about 10%. When I reminded her of our agreement, she changed the price to what we'd agreed to, and then abruptly told me to take my business elsewhere. I was in disbelief. She said it wasn't worth their time to do it at that price, and also that how did she know I hadn't been using the very small unreadable ones they printed the first time. So I found the small ones that were of no use the next day ( I'd have been glad to have given them back before if she'd asked, I just hadn't thrown them out yet) and took them back to the store, said nothing and left. Basically, they 1. made a mistake 2. agreed to a mutually acceptable resolution, and 3. Told me to never come back when I reminded them of what they'd agreed to when they tried to change it. On top of that, I've had probably 10 things printed there before, its not like I was a one time customer. No business awareness by Diane. Just plain rude. I will happily take my business elsewhere.
