    A bill suddenly showed up 2 weeks ago. This was the FIRST bill I have ever gotten. It did not show past due, but inexplicably it showed dates of service 1 year and another almost 2 years ago. I called and spoke to someone and told them I had checked with my insurance and found that NO CLAIM was ever submitted. At the time of my of the 5/11/2021 visit, I would have provided TWO forms of insurance. One that is secondary and pays $100 per visit, and another that would have paid any balance left over. I had met all deductibles in 2021 because I had long haul covid. The visit dated 7/27/2020 does not reflect that I paid anything for this visit. THEY wouldn't have seen me without either insurance or payment. I am unsure what insurance I had at that time. They didn't see me out of the goodness of their heart! I would never just walk out without paying and I am somehow supposed to remember what occurred. I received a call back (after I told them to file with my insurance and provided them the insurance information) a couple of days later, stating my insurance denied the claim that it wasn't something that they covered. I called my insurance to inquire and was told that this statement is patently false that no claim was ever submitted not recently or in the past. I am not sure what is going on here, but it seems fraudulent! If anything has been reported to my credit report. I expect it to be removed!
