      We ordered our cabinets assembled and they are sturdy and beautiful. The company has been very responsive for all our questions. I will buy from them again, if I get the opportunity to remodel a kitchen again!

      I ordered my cabinets from this company in exactly 6 weeks they arrived. I am very satisfied with the quality. One of the items was missing from the delivery, a Lazy Susan **** shelf. I called the company and a replacement was sent which came in a couple of days. to order pre-assembled cabinets online was a new experience for me. I have always ordered my cabinets from a local cabinet maker, but the time line and cost is out of my plan. This was a great experience for me And my kitchen looks fabulous so very satisfied.

      I had a very good experience with this company and product. The cabinets were as described and there were no problems with assembly. There were some discrepancies in the printed instructions but they were minor and easy to figure out. I understand that there also are more consistent assembly instructions online at their website. I had one defective door and they sent a replacement at no charge and I was easily refunded for one item of the total order that I canceled after payment. The customer service is a little slow but the results are good if you are patient.

      A Very good quality cabinetry made with plywood structural sides and fine finished fronts. I purchased the RTA Cabinets. Easy to assemble with glue, some Brad nails and some screws. Best practice is to dry assemble the cabinetry and check for proper fitting prior to gluing them up. The doors, drawers and face frames are very nice with the soft close feature. 5/4 Maple shelving that won't sag with heavy dishware. Inside of cabinets are finished also.
      My advice is to speak with their design consultant. On my initial order I omitted some trim pieces such as crown molding, scribe molding and light rail.
      I was pleasantly surprised with these Cabinets and they are much nicer than I imagined.
      Kudos to Shane for managing my order with precision.

      i ordered a sample door over 1 week ago still no door , glad i am only out twenty dollars instead of a full kitchen, i wouldnt order a door hinge from these people

      ordered full kitchen set, had problem with shipment carrier delay. Contacted them and they got them to deliver. Had questions about missing items i paid over $600 for and can not get any response. called they dont answer or return calls, email both company and service rep directly and get no response. The only person who responds is their freight agent who does not work for them. She has reached out to service rep on my behalf and still no response. We do like the cabinets once we got them and would like order a couple other items but will not.

We are happy to refund the accessorial items if you would like to purchase them from a local company as many of the accessorial items are backordered due to the major supply chain issues going on in our country.       revived missing items. It is just a problem when the only way to get response is to post on BBC site. within 8hrs of post got a call saying item were being shipped that day. We love the cabinets they are a great value and quality. Major issue; customer service and communication. Went ahead and ordered one more cabinet and some accessories to finish off our kitchen and hope it all goes well

      I ordered sample doors for a client on 11/15. There was a ***** label created on 11/16. I called two weeks later and was told the door was in finishing and it would probably go out the next day. It has been almost a month now and not only have I not gotten the samples, the tracking has not changed from the label created state AND I have sent in a contact form at least three times and never hear from these people. I can't imagine if I cannot even get samples how they would ever fill a cabinet order. I would not do business with them.

      We are truly sorry for the delay on the sample doors, due to the supply chain issues going on during COVID we are having to make all sample doors in house which is why this order has not shipped yet. I assure you this order is in production along with 600 other sample doors for our Hampshire Series Line. We are more than happy to cancel and refund your sample door purchase but I assure you we do value your business and have these doors ordered and in production.       As of January 10,2022 after requesting a refund and not receiving one, after sending yet another contact to the owner of this company, I have not received a refund nor have I received the products I ordered. I would like the BBB to explain how this business has an A rating because most places that take money for an order and never fill that order after nearly 60 days and don't respond to any communication but formal online ones to the BBB should not be an A rated business. If you really read the responses from this business to the clients needing help and you look at their problems, this person, in my opinion, doesn't even like his customers. He needs to hire someone to deal with customers that actually cares about helping.
      Here we are almost 2 months later waiting for samples....that's right I have not even gotten the samples. No refund, no product and no response when I tried to follow-up on my refund which was at least a week or more ago.
      I don't want to come the the BBB in order to deal with this person but this is the only way they respond.
