I have always bought alot of powder from Columbia Coatings through the last few years. I bought a new ******** powder Coating gun from them. and really liked it for first month. then it started blowing air out around ajustment stem ! really bad ! and wouldnt let powder come out of it. I took video and shipped to them to get a replacement. They sent video of it working for a few seconds. I got it back and air was coming out it again.and no powder ! I sent another video of it not working. again. IM the Customer here.. They said they wasnt going to replace the gun ! So I did finally figure out how to take the gun all apart. and blow out all the powder inside the gun walls. which lets it work again. but that should not have happened. That is something they need to figure out to fix.. STAY AWAY FROM COLUMBIA COATINGS ! THEY ONLY WANT TO BLAME CUSTOMER FOR ANY PROBLEMS. I even had some powder not turning out right. and they also blamed me.. and others have had some problems. Im done. someone need to Teach them a lesson...im 59 years old. and these kids that run it think , They know it all. and wont believe customer.. Buying all my powder now form *****************. They are for the customers......
