I purchased 3 year asparagus and crowns and Rhubarb roots from this company March 16, 2021. My Rhubarb arrived in the spring and was dead. My asparagus order kept getting pushed back. After contacting the company repeatedly I requested a refund. They then shipped my order in October of 2021. Asparagus in my zone should be planted in the spring. Due to them arriving in October I had to plant. I received no planting instructions so I reached out to a local asparagus farm for instruction because of my concern with planting so close to winter. They informed me that it was too late in the season to plant but gave me proper planting instructions. All but one of my plants lived. I contacted the company and was given conflicting information as to how the roots should have been planted. They blamed me not that they were shipped at the wrong time of the year. If you go to any garden center in my area you can not even purchase asparagus roots this time of the year due to planting season. I emailed the company who refuses to accept any responsibility.Initial Complaint

10/08/2020 order was placed for strawberry and asparagus roots. The order for the strawberry's was filled although only partially. ****** asparagus Acres claimed that they would send the asparagus roots in April to Mass. and at that time they would also take care of the remaining strawberry roots missing from the order. Late April 2021 I called because I had not received the promised remaining items in my order. The old lady there was nice at this time, but said they "forgot my order" somehow. Not sure how that happens?! She offered to send me strawberry roots as an apology and she did, enough to fulfill my original order. She said I would be first on the shipping list in September. Fast forward to September. Still don't have asparagus crowns. I'm out $303. She says no one around to refund money until spring 2022. Says she will either get me the asparagus crowns or refund money. Still no resolution.
