      I dont even give 1 star to this company. The ones running the customer service are Philippines and zero idea on what really is going on. My story isnt much different than the other VICTIMS of the scam thats being played with this company. 20 complaints in 3 months wow. My mother was approved for deposit free program and was approved for a house had the walk through, and a move in date. The home we was moving from the lease was up and the day before moving , i called double checking and to be told by vicky giving a different move in and once again a move in then told once it got to that day vicky said the repairs was to intense to go look at another place. It was nasty and unsafe but time was tiking so i was garenteed it be cleaned so i told jarome to put her for that one. Then again another family had already put in for it then sent to a different house and it had been gutted and was almost done but according to vicky it still needed repairs which we spoke to the ones doing it and it was good. Vicky advised to wait on paying rent. My mother is in a hotel and has had spent at 3000 in hotel stays and mental and physically affected her health and is at stroke level due to the stress of this. Ive been laughed at , smarted off to by vicky and im seeking my lawyer to pay for false advertising pain and suffering as well as money shes loss due to this scam. No family should have to be homeless , endure the stress, and the issues this company has caused family's including my own. Enough is enough . Vicky informed they can charge and do as they please because they own it. This is against the law and they arnt above the law .

We gave Vicky a feedback regarding to this matter and reviewed the past interactions. I want to emphasize that every member of our staff, regardless of their location, is trained to provide the highest level of service. However, it’s clear that in this instance, we failed to meet your expectations, and for that, I apologize. Our goal is to provide safe, clean, and well-maintained homes, and I regret that this was not your experience. I understand the stress this situation has caused, especially with your mother’s health and the financial burden of hotel stays.
