Fast Door Service put 3 garage doors in for me over 2 months ago. Two of them work but one don't they indicated the motor went out in that one due to weather conditions. They have been promising me way over a month that they were coming out and replacing it. Everytime I call I get the same reply they will be there before 5. I have wasted my time waiting on them and they never come out. I called yesterday and a ******* answer the phone once he found out it was me he hung up the phone. Texted me he will call me later. Till this day I have not received a call. we installed that engine 1 year ago, the engine had a problem after a tornado but the factory does not give a guarantee due to problems caused by storm, the lady was told that we are going to do her the favor of getting a new one The factory sent us the wrong model, so we had to send it back and ask for the correct one. It took me a long time to get it, but that motor was replaced and Mrs. is already happy

Yes they came out and adjusted the door. I am satisfied but a new motor was not put in and it was definitely not a year old. Only 4 months but they did come and complete the job. I am satisfied.Initial Complaint

I paid Fast Door over **** to put a new garage door on. I was told that new springs were placed. After the door was put on I was told by the manager that they would come back out to put screws on but never returned. The garage door was making a horrible sound going up and down. So yesterday 1/8 the springs pop off again. Called fast door and they blocked my called bcuz I called from another number and the phone ranged. Even a week after u was told they would return to put the screws on the never returned my phone calls. I had to pay $483 today to another company bcuz of their bad work.Business response

This coustomer yesterday by 1:45pm and we didint have tecnichal available to take care yesterday and she got upset and call somebody out, We replace the 4 panel only and the spring are not warranty, so we are im sorry from them to call another company of couse we love to take care that service and make some money
Im send the s**** shot of the call we recibe yesterday ***** them and also The order of the job to the tecnical send 03/17/22 to replace the panels
