    I bought a house from this builder (*********************, CrossPoint Homes/Innovative Woodworx) this year, closing date of 03/18/2022. A year warranty went into effect as of the closing date. There has been various things in the house that were incomplete on closing date which the builder promised to fix, and to date many of those things still have not been fixed and it is over five months later, to date. I have made multiple phone calls to the builder's direct cell phone and to the company (Crosspoint Homes/Innovative Woodworx) on a daily or weekly basis (for several months now) and the calls go unanswered for many weeks at which time they promise to fix the issue and still do not fix the issue. The most pressing unresolved issue right now is the ceiling fan (over my patio) became totally detached from the ceiling a month ago. I called and texted ************************* the four weeks ago when I first noticed this and got no response until a week later, promising that the electrician would call me but I never got a call from the electrician and to date, no call received. The next major issue is five months ago, after closing and moving in, I noticed the wood over the kitchen cabinet was very loose and is a hazard for falling on my head. I spoke with ************ about this in person and was promised that someone would fix that. I continued to tell him about this hazard month after month and to date no one has come to fix that. I would like these things resolved as soon as possible as the year warranty will be out before I know no it in a little over 6 months.     Omg, I should've done my research prior to dealing with this builder !! The foolishness started when some of my selections that were picked 4-5 months ago became discontinued. The remaining selections didn't match my cabinet choice, but the upgrade selections did. ****** wouldn't even compensate me for the inconvenience ! He rather charge me $1500 because it was a "upgrade" item. Next, he installed the wrong ***************** I paid for a double oven electric ****** ****** "kept" installing a gas stove. I complained for months about the cabinets & didn't get the accurate cabinets installed until a week before closing. Now, since I've closed; I can't get him to address the remaining issues that were promised to be repaired prior to closing. For example, the sheetrock in the garage is still damaged (even spoke to him in person abouttge damage), a hole appears in the brick & needs to be filled with mortar, nails sticking out of the cabinets, the shower's vertical accent strip is shorten, locks on "all" the doorknobs were installed backwards, & the dishwasher doesn't work ! I've emailed him several times & all my emails have gone unanswered. This morning one of my toilets clogged up & I can't even get it unclogged. I've only been in the house for a week & shouldn't have any issues !! Also, he has a worker by the name of ******* that goes around impersonating himself as being the builder's Overseer. Come to find out, ******* didn't have any authority, still in orientation, & only been there for 2 weeks. The truth came out when my *********** realized that our requests were still being ignored. My realtor informed me that all builders have issues; however, none of the magnitude of what Crossingpoint has displayed. ****** is solely about making (taking) money & NOT constructing a person's dream home. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare. He only wants your money & produce shabby homes ! They're cute on the outside, but a hot mess on the inside. Dont invest
