14K yellow gold bracelet dropped for new clasp. Tried to retrieve the item several times and the store (owners) will not return. They keep giving me the run around, avoiding my request, and retrieving the item (bracelet). They refuse to look for the item and ignored me instead telling me to go away. Also, not their problem. The bracelet replacement cost is $6,700.Business response

To Mercy Hentrel,
This is a written letter to request the following as previously discussed and agreed upon during our phone conversation on Saturday,August 20,2022:
- Picture of the bracelet
- Current value of the bracelet
- Any additional/relevant details regarding details regarding merchandise
We have not yet received any of the aforementioned, so I am writing this through the Better Business Bureau(BBB) in the hopes that we might receive this information from you.
After checking with the BBB, it appears that there is no picture of the merchandise on file.
It seems we have been having trouble reaching you via other methods. A text message sent on Saturday,August 20th,was not deliverable. A follow-up text message sent on Monday,August 22nd, and phone call placed on Tuesday,August 23rd, were unanswered. We hope that this method has better luck reaching you successfully.
We request that the information mentioned above please be provided as soon as possible.
