On November 7, 2022, I sent ***************** (owner of Crankshaft Specialists, Inc.) an $840 check and an ******************************* that he said he would hard chrome to build up the bearing surfaces, grind to finish tolerances, and return within two weeks. Five months and many excuses and lies later, I have received nothing.I have spoken with him many times. His favorite line is that *** lost the package in shipping. The tracking number he provided shows only that a label was created, but *** never received a package for shipping.I am seeking refund of my money and the return of my usable crankshaft.Thank you, ****Customer response

Please forgive me if I didn't file my complaint correctly.
I notice in the complaint details that most of the fields are blank.
The desired settlement is refund of $840 and return of my usable crankshaft, or $1000 and he keeps the crankshaft.
Problem occurred commencing 11/7/22 with the shipment of crankshaft and check. Complaints began 30 days later, when he promised delivery within **** days.
Salesperson was ***************** personally.
Purchase price and payment amount were the same: $840.
I am providing this information in the event that it will aid in expediting my complaint.
