This transaction took place on 3/19/2023 at 9:08 p.m. I was told that I would receive my order in 28 mins. *********************************************************************************************************** a few minutes and that the young man was on the way. That never happened and I did not get my order. I attempted to call back, but they were closed and I never got my food. This is unacceptable customer service and it is misleading to myself as the customer. I want my money back.Customer response

The pizza arrived last night at 10:25. It was cold and soggy. None of the food appeared fresh. I only live 5 minutes from the papa Johns restaurant. I asked the gentleman what took so long and he didnt respond. He just said thank you and have a good night . I honestly didnt want to take it because I felt like they had forgotten about me, or the driver had gotten lost trying to find my house. I didnt trust the quality of this food and I refused to eat it. Papa Johns lacked professionalism handling this order and I would like a full refund.
