Do NOT walk but run from working for this company they have a we care persona but does NOT care for the employees or the integrity of the company! My manager terminated me for filing a complaint on her to hr! Then lies and say it was my attendance which I wasn't wrote up for nevertheless a conversation had! It was total retaliation and the *** doesn't care as long as he collects his money from the raggedy properties they manage! I wouldn't advise my dog to work for them they are racist and will treat you as trash as soon as you have a problem!Review from Brittney D

This company terminated me back in March 2023 with no prior write *** nor disciplinary actions. Due to the termination I lost my home. I moved into a unit with this same company in *****, **. in which today I was contacted because my unit was in my boyfriends name and since Im his girlfriend and banned from storing there I was moved out of the system and told to move my things because Im an ex employee. Nothing in the handbook states that ex employees ***** to store on the property after termination nor was I told this during termination. I feel this company has discriminated against me due to unknown reason. These are not the steps you take to when an account is wrong, Never in my 2 years employees there have I witnessed anyone get put out of a unit due to no ID on file. It was in my boyfriends name because he was the one rented the unit online and I didnt want to have my name in the system of the company that just fired me but I had no choice to store there seeing there werent any other units in the area to store my things. Anything that was wrong with the account could have easily been fixed. This companies motto is caring, and all of other things that they dont hold to loyal employees nor valued customers.Review from Kim H

Charging for service not provided!!! I pay for GATED, climate cotrol storage and the gate has been non-functioning for MONTHS. It takes days to get a response and then you are simply redirected to someone else.

The electronics of our gate system are temporarily under repair. In an effort to keep the facility secure, the local police have been contacted and are patrolling the facility to provide additional security as we actively seek electricians to correct the gate issues.Review from John L.

I had a pipe burst over my storage unit TWICE while renting from Absolute Management / ****** Storage. They are slow to react; water poured into my unit for two days AFTER they knew about it! They offered no assistance ************* compensation for lost items. No one was even onsite to assist! Terrible, asleep-at-the-wheel management. Your items WILL NOT BE SECURE at an Absolute Management site. BEWARE.Review from Tiffany K

Tiffany K*** had a month-to-month lease with Absolute Storage Management's property. Ms. K*** was provided a vacate notice on December 15, 2021, notifying her to vacate the residence by February 28, 2022. Along with this 60-day notice came a 2-month rent credit, allowing her 60 days of rent-free living to identify a new place of residence.
