    This company will turn off your water with zero warning or reminder. They know many of the people who move to the county are used to their power and water being connected so it falls through the cracks. They also tell you to check your spam folder when you point out that there was no reminder of any kind and when you can prove they did not reach about bills being late they just tell you you shouldn’t have forgotten. Why is it that power isn’t allowed to be shut off since covid but water is something a small group of rednecks have power over?

    I started service and I received a bill that was for 4 days. Zero water was used and I was billed a full months service charge. I called and was told that is just to have the water on. I feel like this should be a prorated service and charge. I'm sure the other customer who had the first part of the month was billed a full charge also. It seems like stealing to bill 2 customers a full charge in the same month. Also they automatically add a insurance charge which I found out is optional however you cannot opt out before and nothing is mentioned about it being optional or what it covers. However ...to get it removed I must call another company. This should be an optional service not an automatic charge and more info given. I wonder how much this other company is paying them to have it automatically added to every bill.
