April 26, 2021 I booked Simple Bliss Events and Weddings for month of planning. I was told communicating will be arrange accordingly and 30 days prior to wedding through ***** via email, call or text. I paid the company $1,570; $500 down payment on 4/26/21, $500 on 7/23/21 and $570 on 7/28/21 for the flowers, circle arch and decor. I'm only requesting $1,070. The nature of the dispute: I was unable to reach ***** after multiple attempts via texts and emails.Finally I told ***** this is ridiculous and she called me that night.I felt she handle the situation poorly as a wedding planner and I informed her that I do not want to continue with her services any longer. ***** and I agreed to a contract that stated when payment will be returned and termination of services. ***** sent me a contract that was not specific to the terms we agreed too. I replied to ******** email 01/31/22 regarding the contract and I have not heard from her since. I would like a refund in the amount of $1,070 returned to me.
