I contacted this company to replace my broken back window on my car on June 22nd 2023. They had to order the glass they called me to schedule an installation on July 3rd to schedule a time to come out, it was scheduled for July 6th. They no showr, I called it was rescheduled for July 10th. They did give me ***** off. Glass was installed. It rained July 18th-20th. I noticed the headliner in my car was beginning to fall down and was wet. I called them on July 21st. They sent the crew out on July 24th. They said it was my sunroof, tested it and it was draining, then my antenna. It has not ever leaked before. They took the glass out and reset it around 9:00am. That evening around 6:00 it stormed and rained very hard. No more leaks. My interior of my car is ruined the headliner is falling down. They offered nothing to help.fix fhe issue and said it was not their installation issue.Business response

Shop sent team out to inspect the vehicle and water test to find leak. Tech's could not find leak. Out of courtesy, they pulled the back glass again for free to reset it at customers request. Glass was not the issue and the worn headliner was an issue prior to the repair beginning.
Out of courtesy we refunded $40. shop is reaching out to customer again.

1. The headliner was not worn, the trim around the window and airbags were not coming loose prior. Please see attached pictures from previous complaint.
2. The ***** was taken off the price because they no showed the first appointment for the installation on 7/6/23.
3 there was no air test done as the blower died after switching it on while he was in the back seat.
4. They poured a little water over the glass and said it's not leaking. They only removed the glass because I kept complaining.
it's only fair they fix the damage they created.
