69 days ago, began the worst vehicle repair experience of my life for a 2019 Expedition thanks to Landers **** North service department. - Initial service appt on July 8 where I was informed that my vehicle needed 2 VPC phasers replaced. As this was causing my vehicle to display a low engine oil pressure light. An approximate 2 day repair. - Week of July 18, I called to check on my vehicle status and was informed that someone working on my car had broken off a bolt and traveled into the turbo. Now requiring replacement of turbo.3. When mounting new turbo, s**** was stripped and was unable to be retrieved. Requiring new turbo #2 to be ordered week of Aug 1st. Aug 4th, my first call to **** customer experience with an emailed survey as the only follow up.4. Week of Aug 8th, after mounting new turbo oil was noted to be leaking from my engine with an unknown etiology. Was told a specialist from **** had to be flown in to work on the case.5. Aug 12th I was told my vehicle required a new motor.6. Aug 24th, when new motor was being installed. It was dropped and subsequently broke a technicians foot. This was the second time I called the **** customer experience line, no follow up received.7. I called on Aug 29 and was told that motor was installed, but now the torque converter also needed replacing.8. Called Sept 2nd and was told the torque converter was ordered but not yet received. My third call to **** customer experience for an update of case without even a report of it going past my initial call and complaint recorded. 9. I called Sept 7, and was told new torque converter was installed and new motor was being installed.. again. To be continued?

Bought a new Jeep a few weeks ago. The sales part of the experience was great. Then the problem started. The Jeep has a computer issue and the salesperson said bring it in to the service department. Brought it in Thursday June 23 and they said they will have to contact Chrysler engineering to resolve the issue. Salesperson said bring it in Monday and she will get me a demo to drive since the Jeep was just purchased. Called Monday and she said she forgot to get a dealer tag to use and asked if I could bring it Tuesday. Wife called Tuesday morning and she said she is out of the office so come in the afternoon. Called to tell her we are on the way because the dealership is about a ***** minute drive. The receptionist said shes out of the office. So a text was sent and she said come on and talk to ****. He knows whats going on. My wife got there and the salesperson was there and she said since its a holiday weekend coming up, remember its only Tuesday, to bring it back next week. So my wife left upset and I called the salesperson and said that isnt acceptable and she said the dealership didnt want one of their cars to be loaned out for a few days. She said once a service ticket is started then they would know what is needed. I asked why hasnt a ticket been started yet the Jeep has been there two times thus far. She had no answer. She finally told my wife to come back and she gave her a very small car to drive, not anything compatible to the grand Cherokee. Anyways my concern is that this dealership is all about the sale and they leave the customers hanging on anything else. I wished I would have known in advance so I couldve purchased else where. I have owned roughly 25 new cars over my 40 years of car buying and this is the first time Ive ever experienced a dealership and salesperson like this.
