On August 29th 2022, I went to the Aspen Dental located in Crossville TN. I had all of my upper teeth pulled and 4 on the bottom. I was given temporary dentures for the top and a temporary partial for the bottom. The temporary dentures are just that, temporary. My top broke a month after I got them and they refused to fix them, so I have had to glue them together with an at home denture repair kit. They are so broken that they have cut the inside of my mouth. I paid thousands of dollars.for this "treatment". My boyfriend paid 2,000 dollars with his credit card that we are still trying to pay off, plus the thousands of dollars that they had me get in financing.

I am rejecting this response because:
I know I am in the database. I am attaching a photo of the transaction made on my boyfriends credit card to pay for the upfront cost.
      Sincerely,

I had several teeth extracted and paid for that as well as an initial partial made with the plan to make a permanent partial in 6 months. I called after the 6 months was over to make an appointment and was told they required a cleaning that would cost me over $1000 and they would not make my permanent partial without it. I refused to have the cleaning and was told they a balance of over $300 was left on the account I requested they return my balance and close my account I have never received any response. I just want my refund at this point because I don't have any faith in them to complete the permanent partial at this point.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/08/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) There is no response to my complaint in the current response from the business. I did not receive quality care nor did they attempt to make my experience a good one. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. I have used aspen dental in other states and had a good experience, but this place has ruined my opinion of all aspen dental facilities. Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2022/09/14) */ We sent a formal letter to the patient on 8/26/22. Thank you!!

Paid over $6000 for snap in dentures and had pins put in. Dentist leaves and they get another one who says now that the pins won't work and is going to charge me $2000 more to take them out and just give me regular dentures. So now I will have paid over $8000 for just a set of regular dentures! I should get them at no cost since I've already paid over $6000. Making me pay for two procedures and only getting one. This has been a two year process with my teeth only to cost me money I don't have. They are ripping me off and no telling how many others!

Went in with a toothache and told all top teeth were bas and needed dentures. Went over all options with ******* in customer service who basically lied about everything. I was told they take impressions, you come a week later, they do extractions and you leave with dentures. Simple as that...WRONG. After they pulled 12 teeth, I was THEN informed the dentures I was getting were "temporaries, for 6 months. I was getting the upgraded set because they looked more like real teeth than the basic. It was a nightmare from the day they pulled my teeth until now. I have been without teeth for two months. I have lost twenty five pounds that I didn't have to lose. I went back the next day, as scheduled and told the young lady who examined my gums that I couldn't wear these temporary teeth. They were too long and going down my throat and something sharp cutting me which there was a wound in less than 24 hours. She partially fixed the length but refused to do anything else. I don't know what her credentials were but I never saw the doctor. My next appt. was with dr. and he said he had never seen such a poor fit. They had to do the "transition" early because they were so bad. First, however, he had to get permission from the franchise owner (who owns 7 of these). I was still not satisfied and called their headquarters. The regional mgr., ******* ****** was supposed to call me. I waited several days to no avail. I finally reached her and she said itwas being dismissed from their office. Now they are refusing to give me my records or anything and I paid almost $2000. They threatened to call the police if I came back. I am a disabled widow and can't afford to lose this kind of money and swindled by ****** ******* DDS and Aspen Dental. Please help.
