They were hired by our realtor to inspect this house. For evidence of prior issues and recommended bait stations. Purchased house and moved from out of state. Saw an Orkin truck drive by and called them for a second opinion. They found 2 active colonies eating the house. Signs of rodents in the attic and mold above and below house. When I was trying to get the results of their inspection before we purchased, I was put on hold with the explanation that they were on the other line with our realtor. Quite the coincidence the house got cleared.Review from Bill J

We hired this company to get rid of bed bugs. They seemed to be genuine and professional.
They assured us they could get rid of the bugs in two applications. After the first application, the bugs remained. We had been told the second application would be in one month. They were invited back instead of their willingness to come back. When the technician came, he stood on the front porch and said they could come back to apply the second application with additional cost.
We were lied to and we did not expect to pay more for the second application.
We may not win the case for whatever reason but we do not want any other customer to be cheated like us. I would not recommend this company under any conditions and certainly would not expect the BBB to give them any stars. No more than 1 star.
