Company Name: Pressure Pro Power Washing - ** ***** **** *** *********** *** ***** Date of occurance, 25-May-2023. Owner: Floyd ****e Business phone: 931-337-4175 The literature for the company states they carry a $2 million insurance policy. Contracted to power wash the house walls and gutters. Check made out to Floyd for $400 for his services. Later that day after everything dryed out is when we saw the issue with the damage to the stain on the stair case, railings, deck service and facia board around the deck surface. In some areas the stain has been removed and other areas it is streaked where chemical ran down the vertical surface. I called Floyd regarding the issue and he said it was his mistake and would not charge me for power washing theses areas. I told Floyd that it was not in the contract and wanted it corrected. He sent out a painter to look over the damage. While he was here he tried covering some of the spots and streaks with the left over stain that I have. I used a semi-transparent oil based stain. It did not work. His recommendation was to use a solid oil base stain to cover the problem. So all of the surfaces would need to be restained. He sent an estimate to Floyd. I waited a couple of days and called Floyd but got no response, just the business answering service. I left a message to call me but received no response. I called the painter and he said he would contact Floyd. The painter called me back and said Floyd told him he was waiting to be contacted by me. I have tried calling this man every day since and left messages but he will not return my phone calls. At one point on Friday - May 9, one of his workers answered the phone, I asked to speak to Floyd and was told he was out of town. He said he would have Joe, the manager, call me. I never received a call back. I want to propose some solutions but will not do it to an answering machine. His lack of response is not customer focused.
