In January, i ordered a toothbrush subscription from this company. By March, I still had not received the toothbrush or anything at all from that company. So I contacted them and canceled the subscription and requested a refund for the original toothbrush I never even got. Since then, every two months or so, this company has repeatedly charged my card for the subscription. (Keep in mind, i still have not gotten one thing from them). I contacted them numerous times to cancel again and again, but they refused to refund any charges and they refuse to stop charging me. I have canceled at least 3 times without renewing the subscription. Not only is my money being stolen out of my account, but I have still not received anything from them. Not even the first toothbrush i ordered.Business response
