      In Dec 2024 end of I had. My suv in to Midas to fix a ingion coil n tune up. I waited long to get suv back. There was a ticking when he was done. Mg check engine light was. Still. On. I had it checked when it stayed on in Jan 2 by auto zone. It came up number 1 misfire. I went there to Midas to make an appt the next get looked at. Tuesday st 10 i went. The man had it up in the air in the ship within minutes he comes onto lobby tells me there is a knocking n ticking Internal he say nothing wrong it. Drive it till it dies. I was very upset he He never checked why misfire. After a few days I could not see that as tight. I got a second place in dickson . that looked at the suv n pulled out a plug that was not changed in number 11. After it was done it ri went to the other shop to tell the man he ssid where is the plug .i have it but the men at skyline had it still. I got it now. The district manger e mailed a person higher up. He called me I told what expired sent copy of new bill from skyline. Hears nothing I called n texted both gits silence. I then called the complaint **** for Midas asfte1 r week. Later I hearts zip I was told then that the manger said I never want back a second rime to get fixed. Witch is a lye . I could have killed my sux if I would have listened to them at midast hat is where it stands now.

      First I go there awhile back and they guarantee lifetime break pads I had been there 6 months prior, still had to pay for next set of brake pads. This time my check engine light is on my truck is running perfect, I bring it in to make sure nothing serious, they tell me it's a fuel pressure sensor. For labor and part they charge $560 which is unbelievable I get it back there is fuel leaking every where I take it back and ask them to fix it, they do I get it back and it's running horrible. They're ready for me to come back so they can check something else out and charge me more. I am SICK of it. I would like something done

      No, and most definitely not. They do it to ppl all the time that's why I think that whoever is in charge down there is doing an awful job and just letting whoever do whatever with no disregard. It needs to be handled by the best. BBB

      The customer brakes have been warrantied at no cost to the customer. The brake pads have a lifetime warranty at any midas in the nation. The other parts and labor have a limited warranty.

      First of all whoever looked at this just skimmed over it because I was not talking about my brakes even though the second time that I went there I still had to pay for everything and still paying on it now. But that's not what I'm talking about I'm talking about bringing a vehicle in there and having them tell me that it's a fuel pressure sensor that cost me $560 and then when I get it back it runs worse than prior to bringing it there I end up having to pay another garage, a garage that knows what they're doing and doesn't lie to people, to fix everything which cost me an extra $1,400. People if midas are just there to scam people if one garage got everything fixed on the first try you tell me why the other garage couldn't didn't and then charge me $600 for nothing to only have me come back so they can s**** up something else and have me come back and pay them even more money. Please answer that question please

      I am rejecting this response because: I was satisfied when you said you were going to pay me for the work that was done incorrectly but I still got charged for it you said that you would mail it to me but I have yet to see any check so this will stay open until I receive a check. It was my fault for closing it because I thought you were a man of your word.

      I am rejecting this response because: if you see the chat history it'll tell you. Theyve been nothing but down right thieves. Get brakes that's lasted me six months I let them know I've been in there and it's a lifetime warranty that didn't matter. Each time I told them to put the best brakes which happened once and yes they did them once without cost after twice coming in for brakes in a YEAR!!! Take another one of my vehicles in for a problem they tell me it's a sensor and charge me $700. This last time someone said we'll write you a check for the parts and labor I said that'll be fine cause I'll definitely never come back in there, and then did something I never should have did and said I was satisfied thinking that they would actually do it. Never saw a check or nothing so I had the case opened back thank the Lord. If you are knew I would fire each and every last person and start a new
