            4/27/2023, I took my truck in to have a front driver side wheel bearing replaced. The next day, I heard a terrible grinding noise coming from that location. When I looked, the caliper had almost completely become detached and was grinding into my rim. The business is not open on the weekends, so I had to park my truck for safety concerns. Upon taking my truck back on Monday 5/1/2023, the business reattached the caliper declaring it safe for driving. They offered zero compensation or solution to the damage done to my rim, caliper, rotor, or brake pads. The manager, *****, told me Im not going to compensate you for speculations. He claimed the damage to the rim was cosmetic. None of these problems were there before I had my wheel bearing replaced. They have caused me nothing but lost time, a headache, and $350 for a wheel bearing.
