I bought a certified pre-owned 2022 Nissan sentra S from the Nissan dealership in Dickson,** on October 31, 2023 with 18k miles on it. Ever since December 2023, I have been having issues with the forward collission light going on and off for no reason. I have brought it into the nissan in dickson for a total of 13 times to get the problem fixed, but the idiots havent fixed it. they cleaned out the filter on the sensor, replaced the abs actuator, replaced a broken bracket clip, reaimed the sensor and none of that worked. They brought an engineer from nissan in to look at it, and I have absolutely no idea what he did. My car was in their shop for over a month and NO ONE could tell me a single thing that was done by maintenace or the nissan engineer. When I pulled off the lot after the engineer suposively fixed the issue, the speed limit display light wouldn't come on before I even pulled off the lot. And less than 10 minutes of driving down the road to my house, the forward collsion light came on again. Another problem that I had was that the mechanics at the dickson nissan drove my car for 310 miles WITHOUT my permission to "see if they could get the light to come on." They keep hooking my car up to their computer to see if a code was saved, and I dont even think the thought has crossed their mind that it could be a wiring issue. My car has the factory warranty on it until 36k miles. Ever since I got my car back on 8/2 no one from nissan will answer my calls or emails. I also have no way of contacting the Nissan Engineer named ***** because some manager dude communicated with him. I paid $20,000 for my car, and have nothing but issues with it. I am wanting to either file the lemon law or get nissan to fix it. but it doesnt look like they will fix it.Business response
