I placed an order on 04/29/2024 and have not received any shipping information. I have tried to reach this company via their website link but keep getting message that the 'page is not available' When contacting the number of the business listed on the BBB portal...it is a joke of a message and very unprofessional. I did not leave a message since it was clear the call would not be returned or even listened to.Initial Complaint

Order date 11/19/2022. This store will not provide me with tracking number and my package is lost and they will not give me my money back. Thats $83.70 Im out because of them.Business response

I placed an order with this company on October 28, 2022 and I have yet to receive my order. I have contacted the seller several times and each time I have been giving a different shipping date and excuse with shipping delay. Every time the seller has told me she would be receiving my order and then when I teach out its another issue with shipping delay. I am requesting a refund because this seller is unreliable and give shoppers the run around.Business response

These was a Custom Preorder with a 6 to 8 weeks turn time. We now have tracking and these are due to arrive this week. As always you will get tracking via email once your items have shipped to you. I searched our customer service database and i am not sure which name you go by as we do not have a ************************* in our customer service field. Items will ship as normal. God Bless.
