This company has horrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes in June of 2023 for $80. I received them at the beginning of September. By mid October the eyelet for lacing them had broken. They said to send them back, which I did. I checked on them in December. They told me they could not replace them due to their “condition”, which was fine other than the broken eyelet (cause for the return). They said they’d fix them in their warehouse and send them back. They then ghosted me for a while. I finally reached the owner in March. She pretended to help then she and the company has ghosted me again. I’ve sent several messages and have even posted on their ******** page. They just delete and ignore those. They’ve had my shoes for over 6 months, as it is now May 2024, and are completely unreachable. I’ve sent them screenshots of all of the information I’ve received and even one of the owner not being surprised by the reason I was needing to send the shoes back. I do not recommend buying from this company.Review from Dejunta N

I placed an order Dec 28th and after a week I sent an email to ask status of shipping. The email stated it would ship the following week so I waited the following week and still no email of status or shipping or nothing. I understand holidays have just passed but it doesn’t take 3 weeks to receive merchandise in the US when if I order something international it takes 3 weeks. This business is horrible with response and shipping. I wouldn’t advise anyone to shop from here.Review from Shawna W

The service received from this company s horrible. I have been waiting on my items since March 2023, when I reached out to them via email it seems whoever I was interacting with had an attitude and tried to reiterate their policies on when items are processed and shipped. The fact that I am well in my right for the 2-4 processing time and 8-16 business shipping process minus the holiday to receive my package. If I do not receive my package by the end of their processing time I will file a return fee with my bank of goods not received and theft of service.
