I made a mobile order at the Dunlap, TN Subway location on 4/6/23 at approximately 8:25 pm central standard time for a total of $12.92. When I pulled up to the restaurant, my sandwich was not made due to ingredients being requested not being available. No one called me to inform me of this but I asked for a refund in result of not being able to get the sandwich I wanted. The employee at the window advised me that she could not process a refund and that it would have to be processed by the manger the next day. The following morning on 4/7/23, I called to request the refund and was advised that it could no longer be processed because it was the next business day. There is no phone number anywhere online listed in which you can actually speak to someone. I sent an email to their “customer support” on 4/7/23 and never received a response other than to tell me the complaint had been received. I sent messages via ******** messenger as well and they responded saying the matter would be escalated but the only thing I received were “apology” emails with zero mention to my refund request. No one has contacted me and here we are almost a month later and I still have not received my refund.Business response

We are refunding order we asked for receipt for purchase and have not received on as of yet.
