I returned my car to get fixed 2 months ago I called a week ago to check on it witch I been calling thur them week and I was told it was getting worked on. I called back July 18th 2022 and they said *** had me on the back burner I call *** for *** to tell me I dont qualify for the recall because it was a recall on the car January or 2021 and April of 2021 that wasnt sent in to get fixed witch was before I got the car from auto finance center .. I call to let them know for them to say they would call me back never received a call back so I called today witch is July 19th for them to answer rude keep leaving me on hold I finally talk to someone and they not letting me explain anything talking over me when I asked can I finish my sentence she laughed at me and said look hold on and keep my on hold to get back on there and say she couldnt do anything.. I was lied to saying my car was being worked on now its not and they telling me I have to wait 8 weeks before anyone can even look at itBusiness response

To whom it may concern,
************** purchased a vehicle from Auto Finance Center on August 7, 2021. At this time, she was
informed that the vehicle had a non-safety recall, meaning it needed a software update. It was
explained to ************** that we are not authorized to complete a software update on the vehicle, and
that a follow-up appointment would need to be made through *** to update the software. We reviewed
with ************** the Acknowledgement Regarding Recalls (attached) stating the follow up appointment
with the franchise dealer would be necessary. She acknowledged and signed. To our knowledge, Ms.
***** until 2022 had not made the follow up appointment through *** as discussed and continued
driving it.
Since we do not have the access and authorization to update this software, we are unable to do the
update ourselves (explained at the time of purchase). Although it appears *** is not honoring their recall
repair, we are willing to cover half of the cost of the repair if taken to an agreed upon mechanic shop.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from this place on 12/15/2021 with a down payment of my car and a toy that was supposed to be worth $250. I have been having problems with this vehicle since and I told them about these things from day one and I have all supporting documents backing me. They also wrote out my contract the incorrect way. This is a very suspicious and fraudulent sale because I am looking at this contract all over again and none of it makes sense and all of the addresses on them are *****************************.. The way she(********) handled the sale was very misleading. I then later spoke to Amber who promised to talk to her boss that was standing right there, but nothing was ever done. Now today the mechanic wasn't in but they are still asking me for payments but they have made a lot of fraudulent moves towards me and hanging up on me and being rude because I found all of their mistakes in this contract. They told me that it was through a bank and then in house finance, then I see a paper that says a lender that works with them, the application for title and the Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement don't add up. My heart rate and blood pressure has been up due to these issues and I've been so stressed that I have lost my job, but I have gotten another one yesterday. I think that they took advantage of me because they knew that I was trying to get out of a car title and they ******** treated me like crap. At first she was about to give me a 2012 Ford Fushion before she seen that I had purchased the 2011 Chevy Malibu that I traded in there from there and they tried to make me pay for a motor that I fought them on and brought representation(my sister) to defend me on the warranty then . It seems like I am have de ja vu. I know that this was not the only car on the lot that I had a choice from and the check engine light is on and some more. I sent the paper saying they ran credit, but how for an address listed in Caruthersville, TN.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/31) */ A clerical error was made regarding an address listed on the sales contract at the time of purchase. Once this was brought to our attention, Ms. ******* was kind enough to come to the dealership to redo her paperwork with the correction made. At this time, both parties felt that all her concerns were addressed. It is unclear from the complaint filed, what fraudulent moves were made toward her, or what the remaining issue is needing to be addressed. God knows I did not return to there until Jan 21st addressing all of the issues I mentioned because they kept telling me they would do something about it. I haven't redone any paperwork so you can see that they are lying about everything. They must have forged my signature and this is the God's honest truth because why would I redo some paperwork if I've been calling them since 12/16/2021 upset about the condition and issues with this car. Something needs to be done about this quick. I want to see this corrected paperwork. This has upset me 1000 times worse seeing the contious lies from them. I purchase a vehicle from this place called Auto finance center in Dyersburg TN and the car broke down on me and my children. I tried to make it back to the place and it wouldn't make it they end up calling the wrecker to come get us & the Ford Fusion was and option which that was the first car I test drove and I didn't like it because it didn't have a radio in it and the lady said she was gonna fix it never did them the next day my car broke down and it still n shop I haven't had the car 30 days yet and they will not refund me or put me in something different I need speck to somebody about this??Business response
