I bought a set of custom iron doors( cost $878000) for front of house 10/2019. Asked prior to ordering if doors would be affected by heat or get hot to touch Because front of house gets intense morning heat. Told NO! World not be an issue with their doors! They are untouchable during summer months, frame has warped and has come away from door. I called immediately the first summer and have repeatedly since and have been told each time someone would get back with me or sent to someone's voicemail. On Dec 1, 2021 was asked to send pictures of damage and told someone would get back to me after looking at the pictures. Two weeks later and an email and I have not heard from anyone. I've been trying you handle this myself because I hate to bring others into my disputes but they refuse to stand behind their promises or take responsibility or even answer my inquiries. She got into direct contact with me, the owner and President, starting on 12/13/2021. On 12/13/2021, I pointed out to her that the email address she was attempting was incorrect and we scheduled and completed her service on 12/30/2021 (17 days after actual contact). Everything was addressed. I missed the BBB email alerting me of the complaint. I called the customer again today 3/10/2022, just to confirm that everything was addressed back on the 12/30. She said it was.
