Hannah ****, the owner of Sweet and Southern Designs, has scammed hundreds (possibly close to a thousand) people around the East Tennessee/Virginia/Kentucky area. She takes people's money, claims to make their items, then gives them the run around on why she can't ship the item or let them pick them up. Some people have orders not fulfilled from 2019. After being exposed to social media she posted a half-hearted apology claiming she was going to make everything right. However, she is still scamming people to this day. People have showed proof that she is still making excuses as recently as the end of January. She gaslights her customers to make them think they are being unreasonable and harassing her, when they are just wanting their products. She uses the same excuses and the bottom line is she is stealing from people. Most people she flat out refuses to refund, then proceeds to ignore their messages and block them so they cannot contact her. She's a fraud and should not be allowed to own a business.Initial Complaint

I ordered a mystery box from her on Sept 15, 2021. After weeks of not recieveing any update I messaged her on Nov 2, 2021 and was told there was a death in the family. I messaged again a couple of weeks later on Nov 22, 2021 and was told it would be ready that week., I finally just asked for a refund on Decemer 19, 2021 because I still had no product in hand. After weeks of waiting, due to holidays and such, I was told it would take 7 business days for the refund to process. I still have not recieved my refund of $26.Initial Complaint

I ordered air fresheners back on August 18th and I was given a time frame of 4-6 weeks and it's now been 21 weeks and I can't get a response. I also have found out that she has scammed tons of other people out of their products and money as well. I really would just like my money back and her page to be taken down so this doesn't keep happening to other people.Initial Complaint

Ordered and paid for 4 tshirts from June 2020-present and still have not received them or a refund. I have screenshots of messages and emails
