I felt pushed into buying a lawnmower after hiring ****** ******* to do repair on my ********* lawn mower. He was paid 170.00 for repair and it was broke down in 30 minutes? He brought a ********* to my house wanting me to buy it instead. I Said I wish! But can't, bla bla! The next day as my mower broke down he said he was busy but he'd be back couple days. Calls the following wed to say he's coming Thursday calls Thursday and says I can do a application over phone, did it it went through. Mower has a 3yr full warranty, we had discussed an in home warranty. Said he would cover everything except deck&tires. When I excepted the loan over the phone, he was to bring mower & papers for loan & his warranty. He unloads the mower but the steering wheel is broken? I said what? Lets see that paperwork, well he forgot the paperwork on his desk? Both the loan& his warranty, so I ask him several questions, all were no worries I take care of everything except tires,deck! He also forgot my recipt over&over, that was 6th of May when I met the man. This is June 2nd and nothing, promises, lies! I told *** ******** ********* I'd not pay them either because I waited 9day for my papers and only because I called did I get them then? They refused to do anything about him selling a warranty in my loan for 880.00 when it was****** warranty to begin with, he sold what came with it anyway? ******** said tuff, I said think again, still nothing and they want there payment in9days from me. But won't help me get the 880.00 that is in the finance agreement! The man stole 170.00 on the no repair I paid for, pocketed the sale of the 5000.00 mower and he's keeping the 880.00? How is that? I believe he tore my mower up more so that I'd have to buy one!
