This place quadrupled charged me - like they have done to so many others for parts that were not needed. They proceeded to tell me I needed new parts that I didnt need, then when my vehicle still didnt work they charged me for work my vehicle didnt need . Im now stuck with a broken car and empty wallet . They take no responsibility for their fraudulent actions. I want to report this so other innocent people arent scammed by them.Business response

We dont have a record of this person at Autofix of Franklin. Was the vehicle brought in under a different name perhaps? Or possibly a different Autofix? I cant help if I dont know where to look.Initial Complaint

I took my car to eurofix to get it diagnosed because the turbo stopped working. Spoke with advisor several times through the process and was told I needed a "boost diagnostic", which would be ***$ and it would go towards the repair bill if they did the work. After the diagnostic was complete they found that the car needed a boost solenoid repair kit which was going to be ****$ after tax. After repairs were made and the car was ready to be picked I was greeted at the door with a repair bill of over ****$. This an almost *** difference on what the bill should have been if I were credited my diagnostic fee like promised by the service advisor.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/01) */ The diagnostic was performed and the client was informed of the repairs necessary including the diagnostic charge along with the total of over $1,500 in writing via text message. He then called and approved the repair total. The $1,171 repair represented a portion of the diagnostic fee being rolled into the repair already. The client approved the repair $1,500, then came into pick up his car and said that it should be less. Afterwards he filed this complaint, a complain on ****** and on ********. We reached out and as a goodwill gesture refunded the $330 diagnostic fee and he would remove the bad reviews. The case has been resolved amicably.
