      Lineage Bank held bank accounts for Gravy Stack, a financial literacy app for kids. Unfortunately, Gravy Stack decided to switch from a subscription service to a freemium service and eliminate the bank account portion of the app, leaving my children's money stuck in a bank account they can no longer access or use. Gravy Stack (now called Dinner Table) has told me that the bank has sent me two checks, neither of which I have received. They can't provide any proof that the checks were actually mailed or cashed. The total amount in my children's accounts was $190.33. We also had a "Parent Wallet" that had some amount of money in it, but we can no longer see how much is there via the GravyStack/DinnerTable app. I have transferred a total of $600 into the Lineage Bank account, so I am owed at least $190.33 + Parent Wallet Balance + Interest.

      Dear ************,I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I have been experiencing with my funds saved through the ************* app. Since May 10th, 2024, I have been unable to withdraw my funds in the amount of $81928.72. According to *****, my funds were deposited in program ****s under the Synapse Brokerage Program.Per the information available on *******************************************, Lineage Bank is a program **** of ******** Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have not been successful in withdrawing my funds.I am requesting assistance in restoring access to my funds. Please advise on the necessary information needed or the appropriate contact to resolve this matter. Once again, Im requesting to withdraw all my funds saved at Lineage Bank.Thank you for your attention and assistance.

      Our company, Priority First Delivery LLC, uses the payment company Gigwage. **************** with Synapse, a tech company that partners with Lineage Bank to process ACH payments. Last Wednesday 12//13//23 we deposited more than $56,000 dollars to be processed and transferred into our contractors' bank accounts. The turnaround for these transactions is two days. Our contractors should have received payment Friday 12//15//23. Lineage has still not released this money to our contractors, and we have been notified they are holding it illegally. Lineage Bank is refusing to respond and explain. It appears Lineage Bank has stolen our money.
