    I ordered 2 candles from this company and the Website says Nashville Wax Co although there is no record of this business. The products shipped from California not Nashville and the website promises a hand stamped pouches with each candles as they don't come in boxes. It not only is clearly stated on every candles individual page but, there are photos the pouches in each page too but, I never received any. When i emailed them(I had emailed twice before about other things and got a response) and Trenton(owner?) never responded. I sent the email again after a week of no response and got no response again. I then left a reply on their ********* and was immediately blocked by them. So they obviously are ignoring me on Purpose. There is no phone number so please use caution. They promise things and do NOT deliver and then ignore you when you question them. Thank is fraud.

    Our business was closed for a week, due to the holiday, during the time this customer reached out to us so our response time to her emails were longer than usual. This order was missing a single hand stamped bag so when we reopened, we responded to this customer and offered to send a replacement bag along with 2 additional for the inconvenience. The customer let us know she would refuse anything we send and asked us not to contact her again or else she would contact a lawyer, so we ceased all communication at that time. The customer posted an aggressive comment on our social media, so we chose to block the customer using our discretion, however we still addressed her concerns via email. We would have loved to work with the customer to correct this mistake on our part, but were unfortunately not given the opportunity to do so.

    In their response They fail to mention, my biggest concern I wanted addressing from them which was where the business is located and in a email they sent me last night they confirm that The Nashville Wax Co is infact not in Nashville but, in California and in their words, not mine, they consciously chose not to rename the company after a move nor post an explanation on their site. Again, those are Their words to me!. My family and the person who was to receive the candles have business in Nashville and I was falsely under the impression I was supporting a Nashville company and was ignored when I questioned it until the BBB got involved. This is the first time I am hearing of a vacation. This has come up only since they were contacted by the BBB, there was nothing posted on their site upon ordering that they would be closed, not a notice on social media and its not a brick and mortar so there was no sign referencing a vacation but, they still had a week prior to their so called vacation to respond to me and chose not to. I did not leave an aggressive comment, thats what screen shots are for, to prove innocence, I posted exactly what i wrote to BBB minus the fraud comment and During this so called vacation they still had time to immediately block me on ********* after i posted those questions but, not time to respond to my email! As far as the bags, it wouldn't matter if it was 1 or 100, I still didn't get what was promised. I Purchased 2 candles for over $100 and was promised the bags and was under the impression I was ordering from a Nashville company and I had the right to question them and not be blocked/ignored. The last part of their response is just false.They had no intention of ever contacting me again they only responded after the BBB contacted them. They had several chances to answer any my questions and "correct their mistake" they chose to blocked me from contacting them ever again. The only truthful part to their response is I did tell them not to contact me again or I would have my attorney contact them. I do not trust a company that is untruthful in general and is untruthful about the location of their business. Nor do I trust a company that ignores their mistakes for weeks, not allow a customer to question them and leaves a paying customer no options to contact them or review them after they feel like blocking you.

    We apologize if there was ever any misunderstanding about our business, it is never our intention to be misleading. As we explained in an earlier email to our customer, we started our business in Nashville and operated there for several years. We later had to move our pouring and shipping location to California. If the customer feels that these candles are not what she originally thought and would like to send them back, we would be happy to give a full refund per our return policy.

    Please stop lying! Here is the exact quote from the email you sent me which clearly states that you moved and hope to eventually have a NASHVILLE LOCATION if you move back! By "pouring and shipping location" they mean the actual business.....

    "Regarding the shipping from California, 3 of our 4 owners were born and raised in the Nashville area and that is where we started the company. Recently, we moved to California in order to help start a church and do mission work in the city of Los Angeles. We have continued to operate Nashville Wax Co due to our belief in the product and our goal to help provide healthy candles to people that need them. We have contemplated renaming the company due to the move, however we love Nashville and still consider it home. We hope to eventually move back to have a Nashville location if God allows that"
