I ordered and paid for a “personally signed by the author” autographed book on 10/22/23. Today I received the book and this “business” simply had an obvious photo copy of the author’s signature on a label they stuck to the first page. They even included a ridiculous “certificate of authenticity” they had created themselves. This is an obvious scam. They have a phone number that tells you to email them. Having now read numerous other complaints we realize they never return your money even when you send the book back.

While we also prefer flat-signed editions, logistical constraints often limit authors. Hence, we create custom limited-edition bookplates for in-demand titles. These signatures are personally handwritten by the authors, enabling us to offer signed copies on a larger scale.
Though we strive for clarity on our product pages, we acknowledge that the distinction may be overlooked.
If desired, a return and full refund can be processed. We have already responded to your email dated December 8th but have yet to hear back. Upon your approval, a return label will be generated for the book's return, and a full refund will be issued upon receipt.

Ordered a signed book on Sep 19th, paid 17 dollars for expedited shipping. I emailed today to check the status. They are out of the books, but expect to get more at some point. Lol. The author supposedly signed the books at the recorded interview they have on their website. The book is still available on their website without a mention of a delay. I called and filed a dispute with ****** Credit. Worst experience buying a book online ever.Review from Shere D

If I could give them a negative 100 I would, i preordered my book and have been waiting over a month after the release date and when I finally got it today it was nothing but a piece of cardboard with a shipping label slapped on it. Others have been complaining of the same issue so I know it’s not just me. I’m very upset because not only did I wait this long, but now I won’t be getting the aughtographed book that I have been waiting this long for as all other companies are sold out from this author now.Review from Dylan B

Waited 3 weeks to find out that one book I ordered was out of stock even though said it was in stock when I ordered. Then waited few days an asked again and was told another book I ordered was out of stock. Had to cancel my order I'm not waiting another day so you can sell out of the 3 book I ordered. One review below mine suggests that the signatures are auto-penned, that is false. I've ordered two of the same book and the signatures were slightly different and I can assure you that they looked authentic. I can think of nothing bad about this company, the customer service is good and shipping is quick and I've never had any shipping issues. I had one Livesigning order and it kept getting delayed and the date being pushed back so I canceled the order and I didn't even ask they gave me a credit toward a future order, that's good customer service and wins a repeat customer. I highly recommend Premiere Collectibles.Review from John C

Pretty simple issue, I purchased a signed book for a Christmas present in December, 2021 and it arrived damaged. For five months I've been reaching out to them to receive a replacement book with no response. They just don't care, period.Review from Sean C

I ordered two ************* signed books, one arrived and the other package was empty with no book, should have been caught as package was about 1cm thick. This is the second time this has happened so I notified them right away and actually ordered another one as I have had this happen in the past and by the time they got back to me they were out of stock. The third book arrived and yet the one they failed to send still has not and now you guessed it "out of stock". Premiere Collectibles offers products that they don't have in stock and then give you a run around on the refund or fail to ship a new one. I have given them almost 30 days to correct and still nothing. They are aware of their atrocious and nefarious activity as even their phone message says you must send an email, good luck with that process as they are just as incompetent with customer service as they are with sending products. Buyers beware as there is no joy in even writing this, shame on Premier Collectibles and their unprofessional team.Review from Barry T

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON TO DISCUSS A RECURRING, UNRESOLVED PROBLEM..... ON ONE OCCASION, I RECEIVED TWO (2) AUTO-PENNED EDITIONS OF A ************ 'AUTOGRAPHED' BOOK..... I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO SECURE A REAL BOOK AFTER MANY THREATS..... I AM PRESENTLY CONTESTING AN ORDER, WHICH THEY EMAILED ME ON 12/22/21, TELLING ME THAT IT WAS 'SENT OUT' TO ME.... TODAY (1/11/22), I WAS INFORMED BY EMAIL THAT EITHER THEIR WARE HOUSE OR THE **** MADE A MISTAKE AND THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND MY $$$$$.... it so happens that the book is "sold out"..... I WANT MY BOOK!!!!... I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE BY EMAIL (very upsetting) OR BY TRYING TO CALL THEM (impossible)..... MAYBE THE BBB CAN HELP ME, PLEASE!!!!!...... THANKS FOR READING THIS.....
