11/17/21 $622 PAID IN FULL - I had a 4" round woodpecker hole in my siding above the window on the side of my house on the second floor. Certa Pro gave me the estimate equal to what I paid. I said that sound like alot, I was told it would take multiple hours. It took no more than 30 minutes. This business took advantage of an uneducated home owner and should have said they were the wrong business for the size of project instead of fraudlently convincing that the price was equitable! After the job was done, when I paid I asked for a call from the owner. NO RESPONSE!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/24) */ Mr. ****, I know we discussed recently via text (after the BBB review was posted) regarding this project so I will reiterate with our conversation in my response. I would have been happy to review your project and discuss with you like I mentioned in the voicemail I left you. The facts are: 1. I have your signed proposal with you accepting the project price in the amount of $6**. Like all of our services offered to a customer, it's the customers decision to accept the project price or to not accept the project price. (I can supply the document upon request) 2. I have your signed proposal after the project was completed stating "(I/WE) HAVE EXAMINED THE JOB STATED HEREIN. THEY HAVE SHOWN IT TO (ME/US) AND (I/WE) FIND THE JOB TO BE SATISFACTORY AND HEREBY ACCEPT THE JOB AS COMPLETE. (I can supply the document upon request) 3. My Production Manager **** informed me that you wanted to talk to the owner. (me) You mention that the owner never called you. I DID call you and left a voicemail asking you to call me back. I did not receive a phone call back from you. (I can supply call records for proof upon request) 4. Your BBB review mentions that our estimate price was equal to the price you paid for our services. That is exactly how we operate so that our customers know "the price they accepted is the price we will collect once the job is complete." We estimate precisely and present what we can offer to our customers. It's your decision to accept our services or not based on our presented prices and services offered. I'm disappointed I didn't have the opportunity to hear back from you after my call/voicemail like you requested from my Production Manager. Sincerely, ***** ******
