On May 19 2022, i saw an ad on social media about a program that would *************** that would help me be financially independent and provide mea well paying job, it turns out to be complete lies. I have seen no success within the one month i have been in the program. Since enrolling in school, I have been attempting to contact someone at the school to withdraw. No one has returned my phone calls or my emails. The contact phone numbers are not working. When I attempt to call any of the coaches.Initial Complaint

I signed up for this program on May 17th, 2022. I agreed to pay them $15,000 and had to go through a loan service to make the initial full payment to ************************************************ and Ive been making monthly payments to pay off the loan. A few months ago the business got a brand new CEO, and from then on I havent been able to get in contact with anyone and they arent doing what they promised to do. No one has graded my papers, no one is doing the check in calls. I finally reached someone after calling them multiple times; told them my issues and asked if someone could grade my papers and get back to me as my coaches were no longer a part of the program (quit or fired I dont know) and she rudely told me someone would get in touch and I should continue my homework. Its been around 4 months since then and Ive been completely abandoned. I havent finished all the homework but they arent fulfilling their end of the contract. I dont need a refund for what Ive already paid on the loan but I want them to return what I havent paid to the loan agency so I can be done with both. Please help me.Initial Complaint

* The total amount charged - $********* (from july-september) * I was told to sell my *** in order to afford this. * the first transaction happened on July 25, 2021. * the business committed to, and directly promised to provide me a well paying job with my new skill, given that I apply myself. (Calls are on file). * I learned the skill through application and hard work, but did not see any actual success. * I asked for a refund. They offered to set me up with their opportunity coach, who was previously not helpful and ghosted me within a day. * This is all the company has done to resolve my program. They also offered to help land me a job. Even if I said yes and miraculously, they cared enough to do so, the salary would not be nearly what they were promising. * My entire experience here was a huge misrepresentation and involved lies that got me to make the purchase. Not only lies, but I was also misinformed who the program was for. I had no experience in the field of the program, and they very well knew this. * look at the recordings on file. On August 5th 2021 I seen and ad on ******* that suppose teach me how to become financially free so I clicked on it. As watched the webinar I said to myself ok this is something I would like to try so I purchased the program for **$. They added me to a ******** ***** called the *** *********** ***** where they had there team members from Traffic and Funnels set up one on one calls with us for extra help. Once on that scheduled call which was August 10th 2021 I was told I would receive one on one coaching for me to become successful and that the program was ****$. I said to myself thats a awful lot of money for something like this and assured me that it will be ok and I will have alot of support from the coaches. I signed an agreement which I didn't read fully saying that my money was non-refundable and they took **** from my bank account. It didn't take long after that for me to notice that the one on one coaching they provided was not one on one but through a one hour zoom call and yInitial Complaint

I purchased this program with a guaranteed refund if I wished to withdraw. I have been sending emails for 2 weeks with no response, and do not want to be charged further and would like the promised refund.Initial Complaint

This company manipulates you in their sales calls. *** a former employee sold to me. He resigned. ******* a former employee resigned. These were my only two contacts. Now I am being ignored. Yes I signed a stupid worthless contract that wouldn't hold up in court. Contracts are irrelevant when you are told one thing and the. It's not true. False Sale pretense. In October of 2020 I was told this is not module based and it's one on one coaching with group coaching. I told them exactly what I was looking for and *** told me this is exactly what I am asking..... wrong I signed up and it's 1000s of old videos a module base system and group calls ONLY during mid day when you have work. I have fought through emails with this company and have my lawyer involved. My evidence that proves I am right is in March 2021 ******* sends me an email and says we now have one on one coaching. Next week she is gone from the company. I want my $**** that you stole from me. Contract is invalid.Initial Complaint

I signed up with traffic and funnels a while back. I received an email from them using re in the subject line. I attempted to contact them to let them know that using re in a subject line is reserved for replying to someone's email. I scrolled to the bottom of the email that I received from them and I clicked on the number that was given and it rang an apartment community in ***** and they have no idea who traffic and funnels is. Traffic and funnels put someone else's phone number at the bottom of their email. Not only am I ****** off about the use of the re in the subject line as trickery to get us to open the email but to give someone else's phone number is beyond wrong. And when I call the phone number they have here in the BBB file, it automatically goes to a message machine that says leave a message. I don't want to leave a message because that requires me to give my phone number which they will sell.
