The advertisement and business opportunity offered by Mr. Lee was the subject of a CONSUMER ALERT issued by BBB. Other advertised products include the Magna Clean Laundry System, Soil Eradicator, Fire Barrier, Fire Sentry, Therma Guard, TF Sealant, Soni Grow, Hydroweed, Miracle Shield and Envirosafe.

BBB contacted International Tesla Electric Company regarding their newspaper & website advertisement directed to those customers interested in fuel savers - PICC and HAFC (Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter and Hydro Assist Fuel Cell). The company claims these devices will create a 50% increase in gas mileage.
According to the Nashville Middle Tennessee Advertising Plan "Claims as to energy savings performance, environmental qualities, safety, efficiency, results, etc. which will be obtained or realized from a particular product or service shall be based on recent and competent scientific engineering or other objective data.
BBB requested the company's voluntary cooperation in substantiating the claim by providing BBB with independent laboratory testing on both products and the contact information of 25 customers in Middle Tennessee who have purchased the product and realized the fuel savings. BBB also requested information regarding the company's savings guarantee offering a refund of the cost of the kit to include what steps/procedures are required to obtain the refund.
As of today's date, the company has failed to respond to the BBB. This advertising challenge has been closed as unanswered and unsubstantiated.

Dr. Harold Bergen is identified by many consumers as the International Tesla Electric Company representative promoting "Registration For a Free Electricity Generator On a Residence" certificate.
As of the date of this report BBB has been unable to verify that International Tesla Electric Company has provided any North America Household or Church registered as a 'Certificate Holder' with a 'Free Electricity Generator'.
In addition, BBB has no verification that International Tesla Electric has held the 'National Demonstration Day' promoted for a number of years. According to the company's promotional literature, 1.6 million witnesses will be signed up before the 'Free Electricity Machine' will be demonstrated at National Demonstration Day.

I have solar panels on my roof and animals destroyed the roof under the panels. Tesla will not come remove the panels so I can get the roof fixed in a timely way (they say it will take 3-6 months). They will also charge $500 to remove the panels (they charged $200 for inspection to tell me what I need to do) . My roof is leaking and I cannot get it fixed quickly . I have a 5 year old daughter with asthma and it is critical we get this fixed ASAP
