I Scheduled a consult a month ago and was charged $20 for that and went in and we decided on an appointment day for March (6 weeks out)Evening before I received a text asking me how my hair was,Had I been using the products she recommended. I told her I bought products and what I had used.She was coming across as ****** saying she didn’t mean to be if it sounded like it. I asked her what her cancellation policy was(I knew it was too late cancel or I would have!) I didn’t understand why she was just now (the night before my appointment)asking me. I asked her if she needed to cancel my appointment.She questioned me about canceling my appointment. I told her I would be there because I had made the appointment a month ago and needed it! I arrived at appointment she looked at my hair.She was not in a good mood.Asked me again about products,ended saying she didn’t want to do my hair color because she thought after a month it would of been better than it was.She had me down for a haircut and a treatment as well and she said I Should go ahead and do that.she was wanting to cut probably 2-3 inches off and I told her I didn’t want to do that today.She told me if I didn’t do that and at least get the treatment she would still have to charge me,Even though it was her choice to not color and even though I showed up. I asked her how much.She said $100 for haircut and $45 for Treatment ??I refused because I wasn’t letting her cut that off my hair today.She charged my card on file $165.Saying the $20 from my consult was never charged. I drove an hour for my appointment with the migraine as well.She was nasty acting!She should of been reaching out to me before the day before so I could of canceled the appointment. I wasn’t asked to send any pics the night before or told that when I came I would be charged if I didn’t get anything done. I had texted her about the additional $20 and she was still ranting about my hair being cut.??????I don’t recommend or will be back!
