I had a few emails with ************ but then nothing after that no resolution. I need help with a problem with this expensive product not working and is in the one year warranty period. They use to use batteries 3 small batteries as a battery backup now they don't the unit died with1 response from it by text or push notifications from there app that it needs charging then it just died same day as the email for help from the company I have proof of notification from I got no such messages to recharge it. I'm sorry but I've sent you videos and pictures and I get back that it's odd. So I ask what the warranty process and get no answer. I ask did you get the other videos I sent you request I get no answer. I've proven it doesn't work and did all the trouble shooting the battery built in is hissing if it catches fire then there will be real problems with kids in the house. Do the right thing and exchange it for my family as I supported your company in hard times. I hope you guys resolve this soon as there is no need for this kind of customer service. We purchased a product from them last year, the product did not work so we were instructed to buy additional parts for the product, we did this twice and it still did not work. We were then approved to return the product which was received and the return was "approved". However we did not receive any compensation and as you will see from the emails attached they have been playing games for months now. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/04) */ ****** was mailed a check for the cost of his lock. While we did have internal delays on getting him a check as it is not our standard business practice a check was sent and received over two months ago but not cashed. We have reached out again- and offered an ACH. Please let me know if additional documentation is needed.Initial Complaint

Contacted business Feb 25, 2022 to return product due to being a defective unit. Original order ***** and I had this product less than 12 months and was under manufactures warranty. Mailed back on March 7 via usps.com ********************** I have made several email attempts and phone calls to resolve with no success. I purchased two of these floor locks and the other lock has failed as well. I now need to return replace the second lock.Business response
