The locks seem to be well made but this company has no customer support if an issue arises. I purchased two of the Haven Connect locks to better secure my home from break-ins. Initially I installed them, and they worked well. Then one of the broke. This company has no customer service phone number. All support is done via e-mail. They are slow to answer e-mails and when they do, they do not follow through. They agreed that I should send the defective item back to them, which I did. That was back in July 2023. It is now November 2023 and I still do not have a replacement or have any idea when/if I will get my old one back or a new one to replace it. I will never buy another item from this company. I would leave a 0 star rating if I could.Review from David R

I purchased the smart lock in hopes of strengthening my front double door. I was not ever able to get the smart lock sinked to my phone. I looked online and did all the trouble shooting for soft and hard reset. I spoke with their help person and they were not able to get it to work either. I requested to have the unit returned at which point they became argumentative and stated that if I return the unit that it would be at my cost and would have a restocking fee unless they can confirm that the unit doesnt work. I have emailed them three times for the address to where to ship the unit to, and they said once that they are reviewing the request. No reply afterwards. Now I have a $600 plus brick that doesnt work,. Dont make the same mistake that I made. Save your money and do not purchase this product. Once they have your money and it doesnt work, good luck in getting your money back.
