    On 3/31/22 I purchased a 2022 ******** from this dealer. I received a 10.5 APR despite a 806 credit score. I received a 4.5 APR on the 2020 ********* I bought from the same dealer and bank. I didn't receive a complementary T-shirt with my purchase. I bought a $550 leather jacket at the time of the purchase. They said they **** mail the T-shirt, but never did. On 08/08/22 I came in the dealer and got a T-shirt from the back ****. When I walk in the rear of the dealer where the bikes were, finance officer *** tried to in so many words, tried to accuse me of stealing the shirt. He asked rudely "How many bikes are you goanna buy from us"???!!! My salesperson *** was standing right beside him when he was making the remarks. I was trying to cancel an extended warranty on the ******** Classic. I signed the cancelation form but had to get a payoff letter to complete the transaction. *** wasn't to forth coming and was stand offish. Despite bringing them my *** bike 200 miles for the trade to meet their end of the month sale quota, I had to wait three weeks for the ********. They didn't even know when I was going to get the bike. *** hasn't responded to my emails, nor has he returned my phone calls. I've gave this dealer my repeat business and have recommended people to buy there as well. This has been the worst motorcycle buying experience I've had in my 15 years of buying several Harleys. I'm not mad I just want my warranty money from the recent sale. Thanks.

    This has been the WORST decision and vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. I purchased a 2004 ******* glide with only 28k miles on it. In the space of two years I’ve had it back at the dealership service center over a dozen times. The first 7 times was to fix the same problem and over and over they said it was fixed only for me to get 5 miles away from the dealership and the problem returns. Several times this happened. Since then, things have broken or failed, and every time the people at the service desk, just offhandedly tell me, yeah, that part was crap when they built the bike. No one warned me About this when i was shopping for the bike. I was willing to give Harley Another chance and went in and picked out a bike that was 10 years newer with only 20k. It wasn’t in my budget to have my payment amount double so asked them to work with me on the price and then informed them I could make a bigger down payment than I originally estimated. I just left moonshine Harley after standing around for nearly an hour, absolutely disgusted. The salesman brought out the numbers for the deal and it looked like it was gonna be doable. Then he casually informs me that these numbers are for a completely different bike, one id never even looked at, and has almost 70k miles on it!!! He couldn’t even be bothered to pick up the phone and ASK me if I’d be interested in that deal. And he couldn’t be bothered to mention it while I was standing around like an idiot for an hour. At this point I do feel like an idiot for switching from ***** to Harley. My last two bikes combined didn’t cost what my ******* glide cost. And on top of that I’ve spent $5000 in repairs since I bought it. I NEVER had anywhere close to these kind of problems with my ******** and *****. And I don’t think anyone at Moonshine Harley gives a ****. At this point I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. And I see why so many people say you spend more time fixing a Harley than riding one.
