We have used their service for a couple years now for ants and roaches under account name Wiatr. A technician supposedly comes monthly but I never see him/her. I am home daily and even if I do not see them, my dogs would let me know someone is here. They are suppose to spray interior and exterior but they do not. The last time they sprayed inside was when we complained and they sent a supervisor with the tech, which was sometime last year. Our credit card is charged for each time they supposedly come out but we are not getting the service we are paying for. There spray does not work and has ruined our walls. We want our account CLOSED IMMEDIATELY and reimbursed for all charges for the whole length of our account.Business response

We looked at the stains or her walls and determined it was not from anything Arrow had applied. We discussed her service going forward and agreed we would text her each time we are scheduled to service her home. We will be providing a free service for her this quarter. She agreed that her issue was resolved. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/04/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) The manager came out himself and went over everything with me. He was very professional and considerate. Texting me prior to service and free treatment for this upcoming quarter was a very nice offer and we agreed the issue has been resolved.
