My wife was badgered and coerced into buying products she did not want or need to the tune of over $5000 before they would let her out of store. They prey on older unsuspecting women and gage up on them. She was terrified and just got anted out. They refuse refunds. They have scammed women in other parts of the US as well.Business response

On November 2nd at 12:29pm ****** was offered to try our non surgical eye treatment at our store.
She happily tried it decided to buy it for herself.
furthermore she was interested in getting our other treatments that we offer , she was excited about it and thrilled to try it.
****** purchased our signature medical device with some facial treatments included.she used her credit card to purchase the treatment with full awareness about the pricing and our no refund policy.
All of our clients are aware of our strict no refund policy before they make their decision to purchase.
****** was very elegant , classy , smart and knowledgeable woman.
We had lovely deep conversations with her.
We are sorry to hear that this was her experience.
Royal Bee is a high end skin care company with more then 500 locations all over the US and ******.
Our company advocates full disclosure for all customers with the printed receipts , email confirmations and instructions.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:After 5 minutes into the introduction of their products I felt harassed and extremely pressured. They did not talk about the products except for one face peel that was applied to my face. They then began to talk about a red light appliance for the face. I continued to stress that I could not afford the price of the device. After a period of time saying that I could not afford the high price of $13,000 and continued pressure I said I have to call my husband on a cost of this nature. Their reply was no, no don't call your husband. The pressure continued and started to drop the price to ***** then to 5,000. This went on for quite some time and I became physically ill. At one time there were three of their staff surrounding me. I was extremely intimidated and made to feel very obligated. I heard one of the staff say if she leaves she will not come back. At this point I just wanted out so I gave them my card and ID because I just wanted out. The next thing I know is they were taking pictures of my ID and card. I was afraid of my identitiy being stolen. As soon as I was able to leave, I called my bank and tried to cancel a check I had given and payment through my debit card. I found out later that the check was immediately rushed to the bank so the stop payment did not catch it. I cancelled my card that day. The main issue is that it was such a high pressure and aggressive sales tactic I was scared and truamatized. All I could think of was how to leave. I was never told of any "no refund" policy by any of the store personnel. I was never at the cashier desk to see any indication of a no refund policy. I only learned of this after talking to the mall manager who said he had other customer complaints about the same store refusing to provide refunds. I was also told that if I came back in I would get free facial treatments and the store would buy back the red light appliance.
All I am asking for is a refund for the products and red light device. None of which have been opened in any way. Everything is in the original packaging. If they are not willing to proved a refund then I feel that other shoppers should be made aware through the ******************************* and local television investigative reporters.
