              I took my car to them for a new starter on the 17th of June I picked it up it was making a noise that it was not making when I dropped it off called them back and was told forgot to tell you you need a new flywheel and I don't do that so I took my car to get the new flywheel put on and they found out the starter that Moody's had put on was the wrong one and that's what damaged my flywheel to begin with. So I had to have a new starter and new flywheel put on $2,600 more than the almost 700 I've already spent I called to talk to Moody's talked to ***** which by the way he needs to work on his customer service skills and not talk to people like they're stupid and I told him what had happened and he said do you have the starter I said no well we can't do anything without the part very poor business and the place I took my car too write a statement saying that that's the wrong part they're the ones that said they should be responsible for the whole bill

              Terrible Customer service! Very rude, and did not try to help resolve my problem even after multiple phone calls, including one with the owner of the company.
