Took daughter to Fast Pace Urgent care for UTI. Paid my $50 copay (specialty fee) as per my **** benefits plan. Received a bill for $250 and that services provided was billed as an Outpatient Urgent Care facility. I notified **** of this matter that I went to a Fast Pace Urgent care facility. per my benefits I only owe $50 copay. Benefits state Urgent care centers are covered at 100% after $50 copay. **** told me to contact Fast Pace. I contacted Fast Pace, they tell me that they are contracted with **** as an Outpatient Urgent care Facility & allowable fee is $250 of which goes toward my deductible due to "Outpatient". Both parties are in the wrong as that is not what is stated in my Benefits plan and Fast Pace is fraudulently billing patients. If I had known I would be charged this fee then I would have went to a walk in clinic and only been charged a $35 copay. I paid $100 of it until I could file an appeal but it is in collections now. How can they get away with this?

I went to Face Pace Urgent Care on 5/29/2021 in ******, TN I told the receptionist I had not met my insurance deductible and that I would be paying cash. She told me the cash price would be $135.00 After I was seen, on my way out, I stopped and asked her about paying the $135.00 that day. She said I would get a bill in the mail. Well, they filed my insurance and I got a bill for $250.00 I have contacted billing multiple times and the office manager of the ****** location. I keep getting a run around and told it would be escalated on up. No return calls from higher up. And just the same runaround. Now it has been turned over to collection for $312.50 Like I have told them in the beginning I will pay the $135.00 that I was told for cash price. I keep getting told that since insurance was filed they can't do anything unless it was notated self pay but can't get that done. I will pay what I was told. From what I have read this is a common problem with this company.

Acct XXXXXXX. My daughter ****** ******* went to this provider and was tested for Covid 19. We paid $75 co insurance. Our insurance was billed $800. Our insurance denied claim due to provide must go to *****'s website to check reimbursement policy I've called numerous times and was told by Jennifer that a corrected claim was filed on August 23, 2021. Then Wendy informed me that she couldn't tell if the 2nd claim was sent via mail or electronically. Our insurance also stated that these providers get an additional reimbursement via ******** rates for each covid test performed. On top of the paid amount from private insurance. They want let me talk to a supervisor. I want this taken care of. I want a supervisor or the business office director to call me. These people just like all other providers are taken advantage of insurance and patients due to the covid.

On 07/30/21, I visited Fast Pace Health Urgent Care in ************* for a employee paid urine drug screen and a $135 physical that was paid for by myself the same day of service. On 08/06/21, I received a text from Fast Pace stating that I had a $135 balance from 07/30/21 visit. I then called Fast Pace at the number provided in the text and spoke with Ms. Michelle ********. I obtained Ms. ********'s email address "************************************" and emailed her a photo copy of my receipt. I assumed everything was cleared; however, on 09/04/21, I again received another text from Fast Pace stating that the balance of $135 from visit on 07/30/21 was now 30 days past due. I responded to the text with a photo copy of my receipt as the bill was paid the same day of service. I've had this issue before with Fast Pace falsely claiming that a bill wasn't paid, and they have went as far as to place it on my credit report. The $135 transaction posted on my banking account on 07/30/21.
