******* ***** **** has been a family friend for years.... He's done 3 different houses for my father and has always held his word... on 4/5/22 I inquired with him on getting a new unit and heat pump in my house... here it is 6/14/22 and no work to show... he's stated he'd pay me back and has yet too... he's extremely hard to get a hold of and to get a straight answer... pay me back no harm no foulInitial Complaint

******* **** was suppose to replace our backyard unit and requested a cashiers check for 2000.00 dollars to purchase the unit that was 3 months ago now he will not return our phone calls. We want out 2000.00 dollars returned that he scammed out of us. I have heard he has been doing this lately to a lot of people. Please help get out money back. ******** ****Initial Complaint

******* **** with ABC Heat & Air gave me a quote to replace my heat & air unit, I agreed and he said he needed partial payment to purchase equ. I gave him $4400.00 and he said it would take about 2-3 days to get, and he will be back to install, it's been about 3 weeks now and he has not contacted me back I have left him several messages and text, he will not respond back to eitherInitial Complaint

On 10-21-2021, Mr. **** **** completed an estimate to install a new evaporator coil for $700. He dyed he need cash for the cost of the coil which had to be ordered. He stated part will take 2-3 weeks and once it has arrived he would deliver it to my home until he was able to schedule an appointment to install. On 11-30-21 we called to inquiry about service. He returned a call on XX-X-XX to tell us he has materials in his shop but has been unable to do any work because he was sick. He stated he would return our call to schedule an appointment to install coil. Since then we have not heard from Mr. **** after many attempts for him to complete service.
