We bought a fridge on December the 12th of 2022. I paid $840. The business promised to repair/exchange the fridge within 30 days of the transaction. The business will not come out and repair our fridge. They also will not meet to exchange the fridge. We have attempted several times to contact them in order to exchange the fridge. They are also unable to exchange the fridge with a different fridge of equal or greater value. Therefore, we would like a refund. The business wrote on the receipt that they would not provide a refund. However, they are not trying in any way to repair or exchange the defective fridge. It has ruined lots of food because it will not cool properly. In addition, some of the wires were not connected and exposed, which could have caused an electrical shock.
