I rented a mailbox there about maybe a month ago then I called a you another UPS box in another state to have them mail my mail there and I went to pick up the mail which did not arrive they finally admitted in the other state that they did not mail the package so they mailed it so I'm going back to pick it up again but I tried my key while I was at the UPS store in Gallatin where I had rented a mailbox and the key did not work so I went to the desk and I asked for a new key well they didn't have one so they should have had one made so that would take about a week but I had to pay $15 I said why should I pay $15 for the fact you have not given me a key to my box and I said well they could use that key so it didn't come from there I said it did come from here cause I stood there in the key on my ring the moment that I was give me the key by the clerk at the time they rented me the box and the person that was in charge of the boxes in the store the day indicated that they didn't care what is the clerk it done because I didn't have any of those keys and I have to a pay $15 I'm not paying it so if I don't get my key ordered for free to be given to be for the first have received for my box that I will expect my money back on my card initiating the order and I will never receive mail at this location because I refuse to be blackmailed to give them 15 more dollars because the clerk doesn't want to listen to my issue she just wants to get 15 bucks to cover her cost of the key which is not my job I was supposed to get a key at the time and I was given the wrong key and II want my money back I originally paid for the box rental indicated 153 to be closed as of the seventh of this month 2022 and my card for the original amount credited for the amount that they charge me for which I believe to be about 120 dollars I'm a senior and I don't want anymore junk so Just my money back I'm gone I'll be business elsewhere to somebody listen to the customers they don't care
